Men's Prayer Breakfasts

As a way of encouraging the prayer life of Cradley Heath Baptist Church, we are holding a prayer time for men. This is a Prayer Breakfast, which is held on any convenient Saturday morning, but could be on another day of the week if this were to be more convenient.
The first purpose is to meet together to pray. The breakfast is a practical convenience. The breakfast is intended to be simple, basically coffee or tea, and toast. Other food may be provided by those who come.
This is an informal prayer time, and what we pray about will depend on the issues when we meet. But the first focus is to seek God for guidance and blessing on Cradley Heath Baptist Church and its work and witness.
The men's prayer breakfast is open to any members of the congregation, and to the wider circle of friends of the Church. Timing - Building unlocked at 8 a.m. ; Breakfast at about 9 a.m. ; Finish about 9:30 to 10 a.m. depending on how the prayer time goes.
In the life of any local Church, the total prayer life may be compared to a tripod. One leg is that the whole Church prays together, in prayer meetings and not only the Sunday service. Another leg is that the men pray together. A third leg is that the women pray together.
